Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, restocks, and peak seasons, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping options & pricing
Shipping speed and cost are selected at checkout. You will see the available shipping methods and the exact price before placing your order.

Delivery timeline
Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout and begins after your order has been processed.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing defects
If you believe your farwa has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@farwacollective.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue (and packaging if relevant)

If approved, we will provide next steps. Depending on availability, we may offer a replacement or another resolution at our discretion.

Not considered defects
Natural variations in color/texture, minor shedding, and normal wear over time are not considered manufacturing defects.
